GARDEN PALACE is a unique 13-storey premium building with an underground part and well-developed infrastructure, located 100 meters from the sea, only 250 meters from the city park, in the touristic center of Batumi – the new Boulevard.

The building project was developed in conjunction with the Georgian company “BWC” Ltd. The construction area is 8775 m2.
